Class size: 1 on 1 tutoring and small group (5-10 students in one class)
Schedule: 10-23 teaching hours per week
Salary: 12000-16000 rmb monthly basic salary + bonus + allowance ($1747-3016 USD)

Year end bonus: 500-10000rmb ($72-1455USD)
Demo: 100-1500 rmb monthly ($14-218 USD)
Students renew contract bonus: 500-1500rmb monthly ($72-218USD)
